Programme

The title of Shiftwork 2027 is: Advancing Safety, Health, and Equality in Shiftwork for a Sustainable Future.

Within the conference we have three key themes of safety, health and wellbeing, and equality. There is one keynote address on each of these themes.

The meeting with start with a welcome reception on the evening of 14th June and conclude at lunchtime on 18th June.

Safety
Dr. Anna AnundKeynote speaker: Dr. Anna Anund
Research Director at VTI. Swedish National Road and Transport Research Institute,
Associated Professor at Linköping University in Traffic Medicine

Anna Anund has a Phd in medicine from Karolinska Institute and is an Associate Professor in Traffic Medicine at Linköping University. She works at VTI as a Research Director with focus on human in the transport system. Anna has a history in applied statistics and performs research on driver fatigue and traffic safety. Annas focuses are also on applied research concerning design and evaluation of driver support systems, e.g. ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), IVIS (In-Vehicle Information System) and vehicles with automated functions, but also infrastructure countermeasures e.g. milled rumble strips. She is responsible for the Living lab Ride the future (www.Ridethefuture.se) with focus on sustainable mobility solutions in future cities.

Participation and coordination of EU funded projects:
Anna has been working in several EU projects like AWAKE, INSAFETY, SENSATION, MEDIATOR, Drive2thefuture, SHOW and PANACEA. She also worked as the coordinator of the 7:th framework EU project SAFEWAY2SCHOOL (www.safeway2school-eu.org) and ADAS&ME (www.ADASandME.com) and PANACEA (Panacea – Fitness to drive (panacea-project.eu). She is now the coordinator of the EU project Diversify-CCAM (https://diversify-ccam.eu/). Anna has more than 6366 citations; h-index 42 and i10-index of 85.
