Burleigh Court Conference Centre and Hotel

Burleigh Court provides a modern venue located on Loughborough University campus with capacity to comfortably hold the WTS conference, additionally meeting the needs described within the Rutenfranz Principles. On site accommodation is available, with costs including meals which can be taken together. All conference activities will take place in the one site. Guests staying at Burleigh Court have use of the on-site gym, pool and spa facilities. Free wifi is available throughout the venue. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, ironing facilities and toiletries. Accessible rooms are available upon request. There are also local walking and trail running routes nearby, as well as the cycle network.

The hotel offers rooms twin rooms (room with two single beds) suitable for room share. Reduced rate registration is available for conference delegates who elect to share a twin room.

Getting to Loughborough

• By train: Loughborough Railway station has services from London St Pancras International (approx. 90mins), Birmingham New Street (approx. 60mins), Manchester Piccadilly (approx. 2hrs). From the station, it’s a 10-minute taxi ride or a short bus journey to the venue, with options to organise group transportation
  
  
• By air: East Midlands Airport is 15 minutes by car, offering domestic and European flights. Birmingham International Airport and Manchester Airport and most London Airports are also accessible via good train connections to Loughborough
  
  
• By car: Located just off the M1 motorway (Junction 23), Burleigh Court is easily reachable by road. On-site free parking is available for conference delegates
  
  
• There are also local transportation links with regular bus (and train) services throughout Loughborough and to nearby Nottingham and Leicester. Taxis and uber are readily available.
