Registration includes:

  • Entry to all conference sessions
  • 4 nights accommodation (14th, 15th, 16th and 17th June)
  • All meals – breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • Refreshments throughout the conference days (Tea, coffee, snacks)
  • Welcome reception
  • Social events including trivia and disco
  • Gala dinner

Please note: It is a condition of registration that full payment is received at the time of registration.

Attendees are advised to check UK visa requirements. How to apply for a visa to come to the UK: Choose a visa - GOV.UK within the registration form you will be asked if you require a formal invite letter for visa application.

Anyone wishing to bring a non-delegate guest please complete a contact us enquiry to get in touch before purchasing registration. Guests are not eligible to attend scientific content. Guests aged 18 years or older can purchase tickets for social activities.
